The proposal is based on a white C-shaped envelope that wraps around the new covered playground.

The whiteness of the proposal aims to boost the light into the interior spaces of the exiting building, whilst providing a calm and neutral environment for the children to play and create their own fictions in a space free of overcoloured and overstimulated features.

The white pavements are also a canvass for the children to chalk paint!
